Photographing west-facing houses is best in the afternoon, while east-facing ones are better photographed in the morning. North-facing homes look best when taken in the early morning. It doesn’t matter what direction a home faces, it is best to capture it at twilight.
It varies on whether you are photographing a residential or commercial property. The property’s size is also an important factor.
You should expect to be on the property for around an hour. However, you should expect to work long hours, especially if your property, home, or building is large.
We can also discuss the time needed for your photoshoot when you book it.
Two days after the photoshoot, photos will be delivered by 5 p.m. We can help you if you require a rush.
Your photos will be sent through an online gallery to your email and delivered digitally via a Dropbox link. Your images will be optimized for MLS websites or basic print solutions.
We have many options for days when the weather isn’t cooperating.
#1: We can take the interior photos and leave the weather to the property. We’ll do the exterior shots.
#2: We can take the interior photos, and then do the exterior shots on another day.
